Yoursie Shipping Policy
At Yoursie, all of our products are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality for your personalized gifts. Below is an overview of our processing and delivery policies so you’ll know what to expect after placing your order.
1. Processing & Delivery Time
Production time: 0–5 business days
Estimated shipping time (after production):

United States: 7–10 business days

United Kingdom: 7–12 business days

Canada / Europe / Australia: 10–15 business days

Other regions: 15–25 business days
Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time
Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary slightly during busy holiday seasons or due to customs and local courier conditions.
Countries Where Refunds and Replacements Are Not Supported
Europe:
Monaco, Albania, Andorra, Macedonia, Montenegro, San Marino, Vatican City State (Holy See), Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova Republic of, Greenland, Faroe Islands, Russia, Svalbard and Jan Mayen Islands
Asia:

2. Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout.
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can follow its journey.
3. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including apartment, building, or unit numbers if applicable.
Orders with incorrect or incomplete address details may be delayed or returned.
If your order has already shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
Yoursie will only assist with shipping issues based on the final confirmed address provided by the customer.
In some cases, we may require address confirmation before shipping. If the customer does not confirm the address, we cannot proceed with shipping and will refuse requests for refunds, replacements, or cancellations, as the order has already been produced.
If the address is identified as invalid, incomplete, or potentially undeliverable (e.g., fake address, missing unit number, non-serviceable area), we will contact you. The order will be placed on hold for up to 7 days while awaiting a response. If no confirmation is received, the order will be automatically canceled, and you will receive a 100% refund.
4. Delivery Issues
If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us. We’ll reach out to the shipping carrier and help investigate.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please send us:

A clear photo or a short video of the damaged product

A photo of the shipping label on the outside of the package
In some cases, we may ask you to create a Service Request with the shipping carrier. This may be required if:

The package was delivered to the post office and not directly to your address

The package could not be delivered due to external conditions (e.g., weather, geographic limitations)

The tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
The amount paid on our website does not include taxes, customs fees, or import duties.
International orders may be subject to additional customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.
These charges are determined by your country’s customs regulations and must be paid before delivery.
Customers must handle the payment of customs duties directly with customs authorities.
⚠️ For international shipments, customers must provide an email address and phone number so customs authorities can contact them if needed.
6. Holiday Season Notice
During major holiday periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas, delivery times may be extended due to high demand. We encourage placing orders early to avoid delays.
